Pros: I like the overall design. It's chic and ideal for traveling. It is great for mouthwash, easy to use and takes up very little space. The three irrigation options seem to offer enough variety. The battery lasts surprisingly long. Cons: Poor implementation. As others have discussed, the cap that prevents water from entering the charging port is not attached to the case in any way. This tiny connector is very easy to lose even if you are careful. I lost the fork once. I stuck a small piece of rubber band into the charging port and sealed it with tape. This is an ugly looking solution, but an effective one. If you purchase this product I suggest you always leave some tape on top of the original fork. When charging, all you have to do is bend it back and the connector will remain connected to the device while charging. The hard plastic water filler plug rests on fragile hinges and the plastic feels brittle. As you can see, the teeth on the left side are broken. You can see my solution being manipulated as I go. Attempting to put the connector back to its original position proved difficult to install and kept breaking. This inelegant position works the easiest. So this sleek and beautiful design is neither elegant nor attractive at the moment. But I can still use it. I cringe at its shabby look every time I use it. Sigh.
