These test strips are small, only about three inches long, 125 per tube. They come in a variety of colors depending on what each small segment of the strip is testing, and a color chart is taped to the outside to help each user evaluate the test strip's results. Instructions for using the test strips and storage conditions are also provided on the outside of the vial. They are very easy and quick to use and easy to store due to their size. However, test strips are often inaccurate. To test a test strip's accuracy, I "compared" it to a more accurate test kit that tested some of the same things as the strip. I've found that while the nitrate and nitrite segments appear fairly accurate on the strips, the pH readings are much lower than they actually are. Other issues I had with the strips were an odd gray tint on some of the nitrate segments of the strips that was difficult to read, and a slightly yellow tint on the chlorine segments. The color of the strips can also be a bit inconsistent when it comes to results and readings and I have often tested the aquarium water multiple times to get a working test strip with average readings. Overall, I'd say these test strips performed well.
