The item itself is of good quality and at a good price. Cheaper than in store and I saved time by ordering it from Revain. Installation should be relatively easy, depending on how old your faucet is. I was having a really hard time just because we have a faucet that's about 15 years old and I couldn't remove the old valve even after soaking it in a PB blaster for a few hours. I had to take out the entire brass valve body because it took a lot of effort to get it out and even then I still nearly damaged the valve body. Otherwise the repair would have taken 20 minutes.
