This looks and feels like a great product. Order and delivery were as expected. I think the shipping box should have been in a softer sleeve but it was made with no damage or dents. The device looks and feels good and reliable. The screen is large enough for excellent viewing. The connection cable is long enough for easy connection. The instructions seem more appropriate for the average user than the beginner. Everything is showing up as it should, but I'll come back to the "what now?" question again. I was able to connect, get a reading/analysis and reset the fault light on my vehicle. When the lights came back on I couldn't find my way back. Maybe it was me. I couldn't be I couldn't connect the device to any of my computers to send it or get a device update. This is going to be a problem soon, so I'll keep trying. In general I like the product very much. I will re-read the instructions to better understand everything except the custodian.
