No phone support for diagnostic test and measurement tools

This product works fine but there is a bug here PC mine not wrong now going back and forth via email try that Solve a problem. I asked them to call me but they told me that this number doesn't work. I will be returning the item to get one that is supported in the US.

I'm still learning to read all about this OBD2 scanner but it saw my code which I recovered. p0135 b1s1. took it on a trip with the grid connected and watched as it kept tabs on everything it could. All of my readiness factors are now up to date with a green tick. This item can't be beat for the price. I would like to know the difference between a current DTC and an expected DTC.

Easy to use and accurate

Can be used on most 1997 and later vehicles. I've used it to identify issues with my 2007 Solstice and yesterday with my daughter's 2015 Jeep Cherokee (see photo). In this case the purge valve was leaking. In my case it just had to be adjusted and the "Check Engine" light went out. The replacement unit costs $48 at your local auto parts store. If you don't know much about cars, watch YouTube videos. Save hundreds on dealer repairs. Ancel is easy to use - just plug it in and follow the on-screen

Opportunity to discuss what I think is wrong with my car with a service advisor.

This looks and feels like a great product. Order and delivery were as expected. I think the shipping box should have been in a softer sleeve but it was made with no damage or dents. The device looks and feels good and reliable. The screen is large enough for excellent viewing. The connection cable is long enough for easy connection. The instructions seem more appropriate for the average user than the beginner. Everything is showing up as it should, but I'll come back to the "what now?" question

Other reviews are good, I only have one bad one?

My device does not read the code when the check engine light is on. The upgrade instructions that came with the product are inadequate, but the upgrade was still pretty easy. Find their website and download the only file suggested. See the readme file for instructions. About not reading the code: The update did not help. I was not able to get a response from customer support through their website, but they responded to this review very quickly. I have sent them additional information on both…
