Touch screen and menu broken

Got this out of the box and turned it on to find it stuck on a blinking caution screen. After further reading it seems to be a calibration menu, but it’s stuck on a loop and since the touch screen is completely unresponsive there is no way to exit or do anything. Completely disappointed. I’ll be going to my local shop to make sure the next one I get works.
