Great post workout protein powder that uses beef isolate instead of whey. Good source of carbohydrates and insulin-boosting ingredients instead of typical protein shakes. You're getting lots of creatine, found naturally in beef, plus protein. I only use 2 scoops (1/2 serving) as I'm not trying to gain weight, just muscle. Chocolate peanut butter is just ok. It's technically a weight gainer, so you won't want to use it all the time; and maybe, like me, you would reduce the portion size. This brand, Carnivore, uses steroids with models that I dislike and that's a problem for me. This brand had a post workout supplement called Secret Sauce that I really liked but was discontinued. That's the closest I can get.
