Disappointing Griddle - Unhealthy Hamburgers
The Blackstone 5436 Griddle is a letdown. Despite being marketed as a healthier option for cooking hamburgers, I found that the grease and fat still accumulated on the surface, making it just as unhealthy as using a regular grill. The griddle also lacked even heat distribution, resulting in unevenly cooked burgers.i was expecting more from this product especially for the price. Save your money and stick to traditional grilling methods..
