In general, I am very satisfied, the shortcomings are not so critical, and the pros outweigh the cons, it seems to me. Well, except for the vibration, alas. In general, if you choose between MiBand 6 or Bip U, I chose the latter and did not regret it. Has pros: + Counts steps quite accurately (in the minuses I will describe the disadvantage) + Pulse counts plus or minus with an error of 1-2% (compared with a tonometer and sports chest equipment) +Music control during training mode + Programmable one physical button (long press) + SpO2 Counts with an error during the day, but at night (the mode is still BETA at the time of writing 05202222) it seems like a slight difficulty in breathing during sleep turned out to be smoothly. + Notifications come exclusively from selected applications. + Zepp application (for me it is much more convenient and intuitive than MiFit) + Calls can be set to mute or simply dropped. + Set the alarm clock directly from the clock without an application. + Do not disturb modes by timer and turn off with the turn of the wrist too (so that they do not turn on at night and do not additionally drain the battery with notifications and the screen) + Stopwatch, timer, to-do list (for the female population there is a cycle counting function) +2 standard dials (only weakly customizable) and 2 can be downloaded (even suit dials can be downloaded, though with a different program and it seems only on Android) Cons below: -The battery at maximum load lasts about 7-8 days (heart rate every 30 minutes, stress level, sleep control plus SpO2) compared to the old Mi Band 4 that worked for me for 30-35 days, this seems extremely small. -Vibration for the alarm clock is rather weak even on the High setting. (MiBand has the same trouble, good vibration for watches and bracelets from Honor) -Sometimes at different points in time it may not calculate Stress or by manually measuring SpO2. -Pedometer (possibly without calibration like this, but for quite a long time if a leg or arm suddenly itches, scratching + steps is not good) -For me personally, I don’t know whether it depends on the programs or on the firmware of the watch, notifications of the same Vkontakte if you wrote 2 dialogues, you have to climb either into the phone or into the notification curtain with the clock, since it starts writing (3 unread dialogues) in the WhatsApp similarly writes ( 3 messages from 2 chats) upon receipt of a new one. There is also a message in the notification shade of the clock, but this discomfort is mild in my opinion. -Sometimes it sometimes reacts incorrectly to gestures when pulling out the notification curtain, the top settings curtain opens or the screen just flips (maybe it's just me)
