I love how easy it is to use - no more manually searching for orders from multiple sites! It also makes finding missing produce in our inventory much easier because everything's linked together now- so we can easily see where things are going wrong or what needs attention (or just look at an order!).
The customer service support could be better though; sometimes there seems like they're not always able/willing to help with questions you may have even after making several requests via different means over time. There was definitely some initial learning curve getting used to using this system but once your comfortable then its very user friendly!! We really haven't found anything too bad yet about utilizing FLLogiq as opposed to other systems out here since switching last year. Just make sure when setting up any new accounts if someone else hasn’t already set themup first otherwise you will need additional training which isn'y cheap nor quick either :) Our.
