Review on AnswerRocket by Victor Garro

I like how easy it is to search through topics - there's not much you have to do other than just ask an open question about something! It would also help if they had more options when searching though things so you don't need to go back up one level every time you want to browse. Sometimes searches take longer then expected (ie., long loading times) which makes me think their servers might be working hard at this point! As far as user experience goes, nothing really stands out in my mind right now. This isn't necessarily bad per se but maybe others will see different aspects we could improve upon? We're solving our issue quickly by having all customer service inquiries answered within minutes instead of days/weeks.
