I ordered a medium sized kit for my son who is taller than me. I took measurements and I think I ordered the right size. My son tried on pads and they were too small for him. I ended up letting him use my little Rollerblade X-Gear pads, which worked for him. I'm 5ft 5in, 140lbs and I think the medium sized Rollerblade Skate Gear pads just about fit me. The adjustment straps are at the limit of their reach and will no longer loosen and are still quite tight.
