Wanted to like: my rating

This is my first portable monitor so I didn't know what to expect. I was willing to pay a little more for the brightness and low power consumption. It turns out that the lower power is not very low power. Someone mentioned that it draws 8 watts. I tested it and it draws 10-13W (depending on the brightness) when plugged into my laptop's USB-C port. Connected to the power supply, it consumes a stable 18 watts! The biggest problem was that the resolution didn't match the 1920 resolution my laptop had. The fonts are set to 100% but they look huge on this monitor! Another thing to note is that initially I wasn't sure I was getting the perfect monitor. There is no label on the box, just "laptop monitor" written on it. It only had a printed label that said 'excellent'. The instruction manual wasn't even labeled. In the end it was just the perfect email. The monitor itself is not marked. Very strange. Note. Since I bought this monitor, I bought a cheaper monitor to compare. This monitor was significantly lighter and could reduce the performance of my laptop. I'm not sure why the other monitor, which only drew 7W, couldn't. In any case I will have to send back due to high power consumption and resolution problems. Update: Support contacted me to discuss some issues. They send me a replacement immediately. I'm happy to say that this one uses a lot less power. 8W and the resolution problem has been fixed. This is exactly what I expected when I ordered. It's possible they originally sent me a lemon. In any case, thank you very much for helping me to solve this problem. I have updated my rating. Support at the highest level!
