I ordered this charger after the 12w charger I was using in my car stopped working. I was very excited because I expected it to charge my devices twice as fast. I almost always use the navigation app on my phone when I'm driving and it's a big battery drain. My old charger charged my phone very slowly when I was using this app, getting a percentage charge about every 10 minutes. Spring, With this charger, my phone loses a percentage of its charge every two minutes while using the navigation app. With many reviews of this product praising its fast loading speed, I decided to go with Anker when in doubt. I ordered one of their cables to use with the charger as Anker cables are said to offer the fastest charging speeds. Unfortunately, changing the cable does not affect the charging speed. If you want to use a navigation app on your phone while driving, don't waste your money on this device. It is better to take the charger from the store.
