I LOVE THIS KNIFE IT'S VERY SHARP SO BE CAREFUL. I USED THAT OTHER NIGHT TO SLICE THREE AND IT JUST RUN THROUGH THE MEAT LIKE NOTHING, THE MEAT WAS PERFECT, NICE THIN SLICES.
