Okay, it works. As long as you have access to the valve to fix it. The locking lever is long and tall, and protrudes at a 45-degree angle, making it difficult to mount on a valve stem that will be pressed close to the wheel. I've seen other designs where the stop lever is much smaller and moves along the shaft; do not protrude and require as much clearance to use. I'm not sending back, but I removed and installed the old (non-blocking) fill nozzle. Tired of fighting my Ford F150 wheels to use them.
