Great idea for a product. My toddler can use upper and lower case letters, numbers, shapes and spelling. The device shows how each element is written line by line. The screen is very difficult to see, too dark. The setting only allows you to darken or lighten the background, but it's barely noticeable. Whenever a letter, number, or shape has a large curve (circle, zero, O, Q, etc.), the toy becomes very sensitive and will force you to start over if you don't do it accurately and quickly enough. My toddler can draw a circle, but the system scolds him and forces him to start over because he's trying to follow the instructions slowly and carefully. So it might be too sensitive. Otherwise, I hope this helps him with his writing.
