I have a hole punch for photo labels. It was surprisingly heavy in minimal packaging, so I was optimistic about the build, performance, and durability. So, I think it was the person who bought it before me, used the hell and returned it. The part of the blade for the bottom label appears to be bent - it only cuts part of the shape and the rest gets stuck in the die. I cut out some stickers and they peeled off the backing when I tried to free the sheet from the punch. The top half of the shiny silver image at the top of the stamp - where you rest your palm when you press it - is scratched and worn. any wear and tear, and my own few knockouts added no wear as far as I could tell; It took a lot of hits to make it bad. It's a tough hit and I've been happy with others I've bought from craft stores, but this particular one caught me without a trace. If you buy one, check it for wear right out of the box.
