Ideal for preventing flapping. After a tree fell on my SUV and the roof had to be removed and replaced, they did not use the correct product to attach the roof to the supports. I lost all confidence in the shop and decided to fix it myself. I pulled the headliner out, removed the tough sealer they put in place (which wasn't even taped to the trim anyway), and put that foam where it needed to be. Now the panel no longer wobbles when moving. The roof panel no longer rattles when closing the doors. It sets very quickly so don't stay too long. You don't need much as it expands up to 10:1. You need an applicator. I used COX M200LVMR COX M200LVMR 100ml. x 100ml. The low viscosity cartridge with manual epoxy applicator worked great. Like I said, don't stay too long or you'll keep changing mix peaks. Buy extra tips if you won't use them all at once as they are not reusable.
