Antifreeze had leaked and thought it was to blame, I was wrong. But it's perfect for the sonic rs 2016. It was easy to install for me, can't say for others. After installation, antifreeze will still flow. Found out it was the water pump. Okay, I'm not going to buy an item that costs less than $20 and it would probably need to be replaced sooner or later. I am pleased that so far it works without deformation due to heating.
