Let me tell you first I received the package and the package looked like my 4 year old had a ribbon wrapped around it. Then it also looked like the box had been checked in by the shipping company, or it was just a torn box, but parts of the controller were sticking out of the side of the box. I bought this thing thinking it would be the best thing that would ever help me regulate my CO2 levels and it allowed me to empty an entire 5lb bottle as quickly as I opened the valves could, or at least within a few hours, to say the least. Now I read the other reviews and put tape there so no I didn't just stick it in there hoping it would hold and open my valves wide. i will return it
