Review on 🚿 DevaCurl No-Poo Original Zero Lather Cleanser: Rich Moisture & Fresh Rose - 12 fl. oz. by Manuel Brown

I don't have curly hair but I have very unruly and dry straight hair. I was tempted to try a foam free shampoo to see if that helps. I was intrigued to note that most of my toddler's baby shampoos don't lather, which in turn doesn't strip his hair of its natural oils. It takes a little getting used to at first, but once you figure out how much to use (depending on how messy and greasy your hair is) it's awesome! The consistency is similar to a cream conditioner. I usually wash it twice; on the second wash it really *starts* to lather a bit! The hair is buttery soft and never weighed down. They recommend the "rub/rub" method, where you rub the shampoo into your scalp as you wash and also wipe it off as you rinse. I think it helps with oil production and scalp health. This would be great for colored hair, and now I understand why it would be so great for curly hair (whether natural or permed). Smells great too! It has a light, minty-fresh tingle. I use this with their deep treatment mask and love how shiny and soft my hair turns out. My hair hasn't been this soft and healthy in decades... Also, my hair gets bouncy volume because it's not weighed down. Not just for curls! Highly recommended. Hope that helps. ☺️
