Revainrating 4 out of 5

2 Months in - This is a Great Belt so far that is doing exactly what it's supposed to.

Support: 5/5 - I've worn this belt for all of my compound lifts outside of bench. Overhead Press, Deadlifts and Squats I felt an improvement in my support and stability in my core and back. This is obviously the purpose of the belt, but I've worn some in the past that felt less sturdy or had less holes for the hooks to lock into to find your optimal fitting.Stability: 4/5 - As mentioned above, my entire trunk stability has increased significantly. If you want to use this belt correctly, make sure you do your research to find proper placement and BREATHING with this and any belt to maximize the use of them. I find that for OHP I wear the belt dead center of my lower back. For Squats I wear it dead center over my belly button. For Deadlifts I wear it higher than that, so that that's virtually no shifting of the belt.Pain relief: 5/5 - I have been lifting for over 15 years. I've used a few belts in my life, but nothing consistently. A few months ago I noticed a bit of overextension in my deadlifts on some film, and wanted to purchase the belt for some core stability. What I also found was that as my overhead press was starting to render some lower back pain when I was getting up above a plate for my working sets. Using this belt has actually helped to alleviate that as well.Overall this Belt is doing exactly what it should be, while also looking pretty sleek, and feeling well built. Highly Recommend!
