After researching the options I decided to buy this set based on other reviews. After receiving the kit, I repaired the chair (which was then wrapped in black electrical tape) according to the instructions. I applied it quite thickly around the tears at the seams using a backing fabric. Then I let my stool heal overnight. I tested it about an hour ago and it worked like hell. I can add another layer to the seams before getting the chair clean and in good condition. I'm impressed with how simple and easy it was to use. I highly recommend it.
