Nice and quiet. Don't buy twice as much as you need. They should only be on one side.
I have replaced all the fans on my Noctua computers with these rubber pads. It's hard to say exactly what their benefit is as I've replaced all the fans, added these covers and installed Noctua anti-vibration mounts. My computer is *much* quieter than before and even better. We played MSFS for over an hour yesterday and the case didn't even feel warm. Last time I played MSFS it was too hot.
