Makes my 3C curls soft yet defined
I have 3C/3B curls and low porosity hair (If you don't know what porosity is, please do your research! This is very important to know if you have a wash and choose styling AIDS). I have used this gel twice already and it works very well. I used to use DevaCurl Ultra Gel and now I'm switching to Instant Freeze! It doesn't give me the strong hold that Ultra Defining Gel does, but it's comparable and a lot cheaper. My curls were very soft after using it, while my curls have always been dry with DevaCurl.
