so easy to use for kitchen tools and gadgets
switched from a potato peeler to this one and am very satisfied. It feels good in the hand and is very sharp. Now I can clean much faster. I've found that the head sometimes turns to one of the other sides when cleaning, but now I keep the top sides to make it stable and clear. Because of the sharpness, you might want to keep the item you're cleaning on a cutting board instead of holding it in your hand.
