Review on KINGBOLEN by Patrick Lets

So, I was recently made aware of KINGBOLEN, and I decided to give them a shot. But oh my, was I in for a surprise there! The diagnostic tools and equipment that I was sent were of low quality and did not function as described in the product descriptions. It was a complete and utter loss of funds. And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. When I contacted to complain about the defective products, they were unhelpful and nasty to me when I did so. They made it appear as though it was my responsibility and that I had no idea what I was doing by acting as though I was clueless. To make matters even worse, the shipment was excruciatingly sluggish, and as a result, the delivery of my products was significantly delayed. The whole thing was really upsetting, and as a result, I won't be returning to KINGBOLEN for any future purchases. Look elsewhere if you want to purchase tools and equipment of a high quality and receive outstanding assistance with your purchase. KINGBOLEN is not the location you should go to.
