The mattress is made of high quality material. It's comfortable and true to size. I bought a 10 inch king size mattress. I would say the firmness of the mattress is medium and offers good body support. The feeling of dropping about an inch or two as opposed to a soft, firm mattress is reasonable with this mattress. . The mattress really contours your body. The gel properties of the mattress tend to keep the mattress cool. I felt the temperature difference between this mattress and my other orthopedic mattress. Although the instructions state that it should sit for 72 hours to return to its original size, it took only a few hours for my mattress to assume its full shape (pictured) which remained crumpled from day one. Should have given it less than 5 stars but that could only be because I received a defective mattress. It's in the bottom corner so it doesn't affect functionality other than making it look less pretty. But I contacted customer service and they gave me a few ns options which I can go into later. In general I am satisfied with the quality of the mattress (except for the dent). I would recommend this mattress.
