I work in public relations for another business with which they are affiliated so it's not only their expertise that we rely upon but also their relationships throughout all levels of our organization. In my experience, B&C has always been extremely responsive to questions or issues related to PR strategy. They have very strong connections within DC as well as other states/cities across America and worldwide, too! Their ability to navigate internal politics at both large and small companies makes them an invaluable asset when you need insight into where to go next. I don't necessarily dislike anything about working with B&C specifically, though sometimes it can be challenging (e.g., managing expectations) because everyone around us seems to know someone there who does what we do. However, if you're looking for top-notch resources from professionals who truly care about helping your bottom line succeed then this is the place for you. We use them heavily.
