Suitable for rubbish if packaging adhesive does not stick to rolls

Shipping box contains 2 rolls. No other packaging. The sealing adhesive was glued to both rolls from the shipping packaging. On one roll I got stuck on the 1st bag and threw the 1st bag away. The glue sticks to the end of the other roll and I'll probably lose a few bags with holes because of the glue coming off. These packs are a little "milkier" than the others I use. Could not find seller's contact information to express concern. about glue.
