The package came without damage, a complete set. All structural elements of the chair were without any defects and damage. It turned out to assemble to the stage of connecting the back, seat and armrests. Because of the ill-fitting bolt holes, the chair came out crooked, maybe I was so "lucky". At the junction of the back and seat on one side, everything fit snugly on the other - a gap into which the palm easily passes. As a result, in one day I received a chair, partially assembled it, disassembled it, issued a refund, took it to the point of issue on my own and returned the money. It is for the relative ease of registration and return of money that it costs 4, not 3 stars. Buy this chair or not, you decide, I'm out of luck.
