Well, when it works, false alarms are common.
Often shows error "LL.L” which means there are problems reading the sensor. Usually fixed within a minute or two, turning off the alarm is very frustrating. I have no idea if the device or the probe is causing the problem. Update 01/29/18: I often cannot register the probe at all and get stuck in the LL.L error. The thing is now practically useless.
