Yes, they are FDA certified.

I have been using this mold for about half a year and keep buying sticks and pouches from this seller, their products have never let me down. and I just noticed that a customer is writing a misleading review. As a fan of this wonderful product, I would like to write a review to clear up a misunderstanding. The FDA certificate shown in the photos is from the seller.2. Most silicone products will turn white if you stretch them hard because they are not 100% pure. Usually some rubber is added to them to hold them tight and keep their shape.3. This is a popsicle mold designed for use in the fridge, so it's best not to burn as a casserole dish.4. I think you'll enjoy this easy-to-use popsicle mold, too. By the way, you should definitely try "BLACKBERRY ROSE” in the recipe. It is great!
