Update: My rating has been downgraded to 1 star because they are trying to get me to change my rating. It took me a month to fight with them and Revane to get my money back. These people were trying to get information from me through PayPal. CAREFULLY! Original post: I hate this chair so much. The buttocks are too small, the lumbar massager is horribly weak and the footrest is a joke. The footrest is uncomfortable pulling out if you have back problems, I can barely reach the handle to recline, the seat is so long but my arms are in the way, the footrest isn't long enough for me and gets really uncomfortable at that point, mind you my height 5 feet 7 inches. I've had this item for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm very disappointed. I bought this because I am having surgery and need something to work from in the comfort of my home during my recovery. It's not that expensive, keep looking.
