Great customer support! They are always there to help you get through any issue that may arise. The program is easy to use once you have been trained on it. It was difficult for me to train my coworkers on how to use this software because of its complexity. I would highly recommend purchasing a license for your staff to be able to utilize this tool without having to call in for assistance. We've been able to cut down our time spent on ticket creation by over 50%! This has allowed us to provide better service to our customers.
