This review also applies to these additional Reolink cameras that I purchased with this system: Reolink PoE Security IP Camera 4MP Super HD 2560x1440 Audio Support Bullet Outdoor IR - RLC -410 Motion Detection Night Vision Camera & Reolink PTZ PoE Surveillance IP Camera 4 Megapixel Super HD 2560x1440 Pan Tilt 4x Optical Zoom High Speed Dome Outdoor Indoor RLC-423. Installation: My house was already pre-wired with CAT6 (POE) cables for 11 cameras - 7 outside, 4 inside. I bought Reolink to replace my existing surveillance system. Installation was as simple as removing the old camera and plugging in the new Reolink camera. The NVR could also be easily swapped out and replaced. App setup: First I downloaded the app on my Droid phone. After manually entering the UID for my NVR, all cameras connected to the NVR were automatically displayed. I then downloaded the app to four other Droid devices and three Windows clients. With the exception of the Windows 7 client, installing the app was quick and easy. (Reolink support was very helpful in solving the Windows 7 issue, however we will be upgrading to Windows 10 soon so we assume that will fix the issue.) Camera Quality: Compared to my previous system (which is three times as much cost) I am amazed at the resolution of these Reolink cameras. They are the best! The two PTZ cameras are also very easy to use. What remains to be done: I still want to set up audio and email on this system. In addition, Reolink will receive 10 gold stars. The equipment is solid. The support is solid. And the price is right. I couldn't be happier.
