Surveillance Supported Security Recording RLK16 410B8 Review

Setup was very easy. After a couple of weeks, the system started rebooting repeatedly. I have emailed support but have not received a reply. I hope I can salvage the cameras and hard drive.

The first rain and the camera is filled with water. They are not waterproof, although I put extra silicone between the wall and the chamber. But it didn't work, I ordered a replacement for these two cameras and they asked me for a complete system, I can't remove all that after paying for this work.

Just added cameras but one went out after 15 minutes. I've been talking to tech support playing tag for a week now. No permission yet. NO remote control for NVR. Tried setting up an app on PC to allow remote access this way and it's extremely difficult and still doesn't work. I spent a lot of money on this garbage.

I purchased the 16 channel system which came with eight RLC 410's plus four additional RLC-420's and one PTZ RLC-423's. All worked flawlessly for the first few weeks of use. My first attempt to install/configure/service a home video surveillance system. Has been working for about 5 months now. Easy to install and connect. The user interface could be improved. Windows UI could be improved. The Mac UI could be improved. Smartphone UI could be improved. Android UI could be improved. The system itself is very reliable. The cameras appear to be very durable. Okay now I have 4 of these systems (16 channel NVR) and 11 to 13 poe cameras in each setup. First of all you will find that the quality of the cameras is amazing. It feels like they could be thrown by a car or run over. The NVR is also quite elegant. It comes preloaded with a 3TB hard drive. One nice thing about this NVR compared to others from Reolink is that it comes with storage space and comes with an extra hard drive pre-installed.
