The bluetooth low energy (BLE) 4.x doesn't seem to wake up under android (shows up as "Android-Vlink" in settings upon FIRST insertion of the Vgate iCar Pro dongle into the vehicle OBD2 port and works fine the FIRST time).Palmer Dashcommand can't even find the Vgate Pro when set for bluetooth LE (must use standard bluetooth settings for "Android-Vlink" to connect and then it works perfectly but only the FIRST connection). I believe the low power mode isn't waking up for some reason in my 2001 Honda Civic Dx (I need to unplug/re-plug the Vgate dongle to re-establish communications for Dashcommand. NOTE: Always turn Vehicle key OFF before inserting/removing OBD2 dongle!I think Torque Pro is able to "wake" the Vgate iCar Pro (without re-inserting, just using KOEO/Key On Engine Off) but I'm still test
