The features that I like most are being ableto book multiple shipments at once without having someone physically there (as long it's one driver).It also helps us track our progress from start till completion!The system does have some bugs here &there but they're very easy fixable problems so don't let this stop you if your happy using their service otherwise why pay extra fees when services can be free/cheaper? We use them mainly because we ship out loads daily between different locations across Ireland hence needing an online solution would not work due high costs involved - however do check other companies offers before jumping onboard just incase cheaper options exist or maybe even better deals than those offered through these guys who offer flat rate transport rates compared too others offering per shipment charges etc..We used them simply becuae were sent many quotes along wihout knowing much about how expensive each quote was nor did anyone tell me.
