I have a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sportwagen and recently the DPF light came on. I researched different options and products for over a week. After reading positive reviews I went ahead and purchased the Archoil Diesel Fuel System Kit. I ended up having to go out of town the day was delivered for a family emergency. When I returned I open the packaging and found that the bottle had leaked sometime during shipment but it was unfortunately past the 30-day return window. I went ahead and cleaned up the bottles and salvaged what I could, which left me about a quarter of the larger bottle. I went ahead and added it to my car and waited patiently to see good results. Even though I packaged everything properly making sure the tops were screwed on the bottles etc They again wait the second the bottles were on their side. This is got to be a design flaw in the bottles because that of all this I got one whole treatment for my diesel. At almost $70 I'm rather irritated. There's no information to contact and manufacturer and I'm not sure what I would do anyway because it's not like UPS or the post office is going to accept a package with the overwhelming smell that it has. Disappointed!
