I wasn't sure how this product would work or hold up considering I am a plus sized woman that weighs well over 200 lbs. I originally bought this to use as a passive balance and posture corrector at my desk because I have to sit most of the day for work. I really like the way it feels and the way it engages my core while I am working at my computer. I have since tried it for a few more exercises that included me standing on the cushion. It holds up well to my weight and is a pretty fun way to get in some exercise.
