Low cost measuring and marking tools

This level isn't worth $200. It's no more accurate than my 20 year old $10 level with no name, I've compared them side by side. Actually, my old no-name bubble is a little easier to read. Digital functions are useful in certain circumstances. The one-page manual is difficult to understand, it tries to explain digital features with pictures. The print is tiny. The instructions state that you must send a copy of the proof of purchase to the company in order to activate the warranty. I don't like this policy at all. There is no pure spirit level. The level looked a bit shabby when I received it, it wasn't the packaging or the shipping. It may be a return. Adding a digital feature to a layer does not make it more accurate. The accuracy of digital levels depends on your reference point. If you calibrate the digital level incorrectly, it will be inaccurate. The whole point of a level is to be a reference, so I'm not a fan of the accuracy of digital levels. It lets you appreciate the factory calibrated bubble. I returned mine for a refund.
