ACDelco GM Part 90537704 aka The Harmonic Balancer; is a pulley attached to the crankshaft and connected to other engine pulleys by a V-ribbed belt. The Harmonic Balancer can only be replaced if it is damaged or worn out. It is recommended that the bolt that secures the pulley to the crankshaft be replaced each time it is removed.
