Good shampoo, bad pump.
I love the product but the pump hose is too narrow. The pump features a small volume pump. Then wait ten seconds for the pump tube to refill, or simulate an empty bottle. It takes me 20 seconds to get a small amount of shampoo to wash out my short man hair. I would give this product 1 star if I have medium to long hair.
