Review on π USB Programming Cable for Yaesu Vertex Standard Mobile Radio by KENMAX by Mike Marks

Communication cable failed to connect to either FTL-2011/99 or FTL-7011/99. The radio went into programming mode and although all COM ports were configured correctly and the CE7 software was running, it would not boot or download into the radio. Spent several hours troubleshooting with no success. I had to go back to using an old Win98 laptop with a real serial port. :(
