I first took it with me on a trip to the UK. While the price might be a bit steep, it's of the same caliber as anything else on the market. It's very compact in design, which comes in handy when you're trying to pack for a transatlantic trip and need to fit as much as possible in your luggage. There are several ports that you can use to connect some of your electronic devices. However, one of its disadvantages is related to one of its strengths. Because it is so compact, it can be difficult to fit all of the plugs into the adapter due to the different sizes of the plugs. The problem is now fixed if you bring a multiple socket adapter, but it takes up more space. So if you don't have a lot of electronics to connect, you can take the adapter alone and you'll be fine. Otherwise, investing in a power strip adapter would be a very smart move. In addition, this product is great and personally I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait for the next opportunity to use it again.
