Damaged o-rings rendered car inoperable. Advertised as 'buy by' (countdown hours and minutes), spend at least $XX ($35 in this case) and get delivery tomorrow 7am to 11am. All conditions were met at the time of ordering and confirmed upon subsequent receipt. These are auto parts that my car needs to function. 11:00 a.m. the next day - no delivery. In numerous chats and phone calls, it was promised that delivery would be made by 8:00 p.m. that night. There is no delivery at all. Customer Service is not authorized to provide a case number or troubleshooting ticket number if one has been created. Customer Service may not provide a delivery date or time and cannot tell you when or if delivery will be, although the website states and confirms 7am-11am (Customer Service cannot see this information). Since the status of the consignment was "Sent for delivery", customer service promised several times, verbally and in writing, that delivery would take place by 8:00 p.m. The delivery did not take place and the planned subsequent delivery was not possible. In my opinion, this is a bait-and-switch tactic to secure an order for essentials and leave the customer without urgent assistance while discouraging buying from a competitor. Beware of buying when time is of the essence.
