I ordered Santa's Nutcracker on Skis but when it arrived the factory packaging was unsealed and contained a thin piece of styrofoam. and a cloth for protection. The right shoe was broken, the socks were dangling at the bottom of the box. I ordered a replacement thinking it was coincidence as I have had great products from this manufacturer in the past. A replacement just arrived and has the same issues. Once is an accident. Twice - crappy craftsmanship. Don't waste money.
