Amazing thermal compound and pads

As with Conductor, you'll see quite a drop in temperature compared to comparably priced thermal compounds if you apply them correctly. Don't be afraid and use common sense when applying and he will do what he has to do. I have a -10F drop compared to -2 to -3 with crap like AS MX-4.
